Work-Life Balance
At Claneo, we understand the importance of work-life balance and offer more than just flexible working hours. Our approach to employee well-being includes a flextime model and flexible Fridays, allowing you to better manage your work schedule. We also provide the option for remote and mobile working days, giving you the freedom to work from different locations. Your time off is valued, with a generous allowance of 28 annual vacation days. Additionally, we offer special leave between Christmas and New Year's. For those who desire even more leisure time, we provide the option to purchase up to 5 additional vacation days per year.
Personal and Professional Development
Your growth is important to us. You'll get the chance to actively contribute to our agency's development and attend regular internal and external training sessions. In addition, you may dedicate 8% of your weekly working hours to personal and professional development. During your onboarding and probation period, you'll have a personal buddy for all the help and support you need.
