So unterstützt Du unser Team
  • Du bist für unsere Bestandskund:innen hinsichtlich strategischer und operativer SEO Beratung verantwortlich
  • Dabei analysierst und kommunizierst Du eigenständig strategische und technische Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Du identifizierst proaktiv SEO Potentiale bzw. SEO Problematiken für Deine Kund:innen
  • Du bist im stetigen persönlichen Austausch mit Deinen Kund:innen
  • Eigenständiges Ausarbeiten von Adhoc Analysen bzw. Problemlösungen z.B. im Falle eines Sichtbarkeitsverlustes
  • Projektsteuerung und Briefen von Kundentask an unsere internen Mitarbeitenden (z.B. SEO Analyst:innen oder Redakteur:innen)
  • Durchführen von Workshops für Mitarbeitende und Kund:innen
Das bringst Du mit
  • Du hast bereits eigenständig SEO- bzw. Kundenprojekte erfolgreich betreut und weiterentwickelt
  • Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Inhouse-SEO oder in einer SEO-Agentur
  • Kommunikation ist deine Stärke und du bist in der Lage, komplexe SEO-Konzepte verständlich zu vermitteln. Du kannst effektiv mit Kunden interagieren und verstehst es, interne Teams zu koordinieren.
  • Du lebst in Berlin oder Umgebung oder hast Lust, für Deine neue Stelle nach Berlin zu ziehen.
  • Du hast Erfahrungen im Umgang mit den gängigen SEO-Tools (z. B. Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SISTRIX, Screamingfrog, SEMrush oder Ahrefs)
  • Du weißt, wie Google und Co. funktionieren, insbesondere kennst Du Dich mit Crawling- und Indexierungsmanagement, Page Speed, Mobile, HTML Auszeichnung und Seitenarchitekturen von Webseiten aus.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, nachhaltig und hast eine hohe Selbstdisziplin
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch lösungsorientiertes Denken aus und scheust Dich nicht vor komplizierteren Kundenfragen
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab

How to support our team
  • You are responsible for the strategic and operative SEO consulting of our existing customers. 
  • You independently analyse and communicate strategic and technical optimization measures 
  • You proactively identify SEO potential and SEO problems for your customers 
  • You are in constant personal contact with your customers 
  • Independently work out ad hoc analyses or solutions to problems, e.g., in case of a loss of visibility 
  • Project management and briefing of customer tasks to our internal employees (e.g., SEO analysts or editors) 
  • Conduct workshops for employees and customers 

Requirements
  • You have already successfully managed and developed SEO or customer projects independently 
  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience as an in-house SEO or in an SEO agency 
  • You have practical knowledge and experience using common SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SISTRIX, Screaming Frog, SEMrush or Ahrefs) 
  • You know how Google and Co. work, in particular you are familiar with crawling and indexing management, page speed, mobile, HTML markup and page architecture of websites. 
  • You work in a structured, sustainable manner and have a high level of self-discipline 
  • You are a solution-oriented thinker and are not afraid of complicated customer questions
